The Potter Behind the Pottery! 

Hi, I'm Bea! I create handmade, functional pottery inspired by my time spent immersed in nature — whether that’s hiking among the trees, early morning paddles, or brisk evenings huddled around the campfire.​

I discovered pottery in January 2024 and was immediately drawn to its delightfully difficult nature. What began as a hobby quickly grew into a passion that consumed all of my free time and energy. In July 2025, I launched Pine & Paddle Pottery, sharing my work with those who want their everyday rituals to feel a little more special.

During the summer months, I’m fortunate to create in the sunshine of my backyard in Kawartha Lakes. Nature plays a central role in both my process and my work, influencing the form, texture, and intention behind each piece.

When I’m not covered in clay, you can find me hiking, paddling, camping, or experimenting with any arts and crafts I can get my hands on.

I hope my work invites you to slow down and savour the moment — whether that’s a mug for tea at sunrise, a bowl for berry-picking days, or an oil bottle for those cozy dinners at home. Even the smallest rituals deserve to feel special.
